Oak PTA Payment Form Description
2006/07 School Year:
This consolidated PTA Payment Form is intended to simplify the
back-to-school process and reduce the number of checks that you write at the
beginning of the year. Using this form, you can pay for:
- PTA Membership
This year, we have created new PTA membership levels. Please refer to the PTA Payment Form for details on
membership levels and benefits.
- Oak School Handbook and Directory
One free copy of the Oak School Handbook and Directory
is included with a PTA membership at the Basic Family Member level and
above. The Directory is an invaluable resource that combines school, district, and PTA information, as
well as class lists and address information in one convenient booklet. Members may also purchase additional copies
of the Directory for $5 each. The Directory is only printed once at the beginning of the year, so be sure to
order your extras now!
The Oak School Handbook and Directory is available only to PTA members at the Basic Family
Level and above. School handbook information and other school and district
information is available through the Oak School office.
- Room Party Funds
Each year, the Oak PTA collects money to support classroom parties (Halloween,
Valentine’s Day, and the end-of-year picnic). This year, we are asking for $10
per student.
- Yearbook Orders
Yearbook orders are taken only once, at the beginning of the year, to simplify our
planning.
